Grown in the rich, tarry soils of China's Fujian Province. The leaves are dried over the smoke from pine chippings. Smoke is the operative word with this tea, not for the faint hearted but truly delightful if smoky teas are your thing. We love it!
One teaspoon per cup with freshly drawn boiled water. Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
