Lapsang Souchong

This tea, famous for its smoky aroma, is from the Fujian province of China.  The leaves are dried over a smoking pine fire, and the brewed cup has flavours of sweet pine with a light finish. A classic.

One teaspoon per cup with freshly drawn boiled water.  Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
