This is a light and citrussy tea that can be taken at any time of day, although we like it best in the afternoon with a slice of lemon (and probably a piece of cake knocking around as well).
Brew with 220-250ml of freshly drawn, boiled water and infuse for 3-4 minutes. Can be taken with or without milk or maybe with a slice of lemon.
