We love this blend of black tea from India & Sri Lanka, with warming ginger, cinnamon and vanilla. Works brilliantly when heated gently with milk for an authentic chai brew.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Brew with 220-250ml of freshly drawn, boiled water and infuse for 3 minutes. Milk is recommended in this one, as well as some additional sweetness – we think honey or our home made syrup (see here for recipe) works best.
