Pinhead Gunpowder

This tea gains its name from the fact that it is rolled into tight pellets resembling gunpowder.

The leaves are withered, steamed, rolled and then dried.

This is a distinctive, bold, green tea with a slightly nutty finish.

It makes great company when you are working away at your desk!

One teaspoon per cup, brew with freshly drawn water heated to 80 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
