There are so many reasons to drink Rooibos (or Redbush if you prefer), it's naturally caffeine free and it's good for you, but the best reason is that it tastes fantastic!
We don't add anything to ours, that way you get all the benefits as well as the authentic taste. It's naturally sweet with mild notes of vanilla.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Brew with freshly drawn, boiled water to a ratio of 1g of tea to 100ml of water for 3 minutes. Can be taken with or without milk (but try it without first).
