Lung Ching (Longjing / Dragon Well)

Lung Ching (also known as Longjing or Dragon Well in English) is a form of pan roasted green tea from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

This is an exceptional, flat leaved tea that provides a pleasantly bitter, golden brew with a slight sweetness.  Highly regarded.

Brew One Teaspoon per cup, with freshly drawn water heated to 80 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
