Another stunner to add to our loose herbal range, and perfect if you are looking for something different. This is a blend of apple pieces, rosehip, fennel, lemon verbena, orange peel, rosemary, sage and thyme.
The fennel gives a mild aniseed kick and this one is very refreshing brewed either hot or cold.
Use freshly drawn boiled water and brew for three minutes. If cold brewing, use cold water from the tap to a ratio of 20g tea per litre of water and leave in the fridge overnight.
