Darjeeling lays in the foothills of the Himalayas and is, of course, known for producing some of the world's great teas. We have sourced this one from the Sungma estate and it is a bright, floral tea that produces a light, champagne-like liquor. Full of bright aromatics with grape notes.
You can put milk in this tea, but don't spoil it. It is great as it is!
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3 minutes.
