These individually wrapped, done shaped tea cakes are an excellent introduction to the world of Pu-erh fermented teas.
The tea has been through an accelerated fermentation process and provides an earthy, peaty aroma and flavours of stone fruits such as prunes and dark chocolate.
Each cake provides two servings and should be brewed with freshly drawn, boiled water, for 3-5 minutes.
