We are a bit old-school (and proudof it!) at Polite Society, so weapproached having a Chai blend
with some trepidation! But as soonas we tried this blend of black teaand spices we were converts.
Brew with 220-250ml of freshly drawn,boiled water and infuse for 3 minutes.Milk is recommended in this one, as wellas some additional sweetness – we thinkhoney or our home made syrup (see here for recipe) works best.
